Provincial Nominee Program

Canada’s provincial nominee programs (PNP) offer a pathway to Canadian permanent residence for individuals who are interested in immigrating to a specific province.

Each province has its own criteria and process to target specific immigrant groups based on their requirements and the type of skilled workers they are looking for. This may include skilled workers, business people, semi-skilled workers, or students.

In some instances, candidates who do not qualify under any of the federal programs may qualify under a PNP. Some candidates may also qualify for a temporary work permit in the interim.
